These Terms of Service govern the provision of digital services by FSB Web Solutions, operated by GALACTICA 24 LTD. By requesting, ordering, or using our services, the client agrees to these terms.
These Terms are intended for business clients. Any different arrangement must be agreed in writing before work begins.

Services are provided by FSB Web Solutions, a trade name of GALACTICA 24 LTD.
FSB Web Solutions provides digital services including but not limited to:
The exact scope of each project is defined in the individual quote, offer, or written agreement. Any work outside the agreed scope is billed separately.

Work may start only after acceptance and any required advance payment.

Delays in client input may extend delivery timelines. The client is responsible for the legality of all provided materials.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website projects are payable in two parts:
The deposit confirms the project booking and allows work to begin. The final balance must be paid before the website is published, connected to the client's domain, transferred, or before files, accounts, or access credentials are handed over.
Work may be paused if payments are overdue. Bank and payment details are provided on the invoice or proforma invoice.
A proforma invoice may be issued before work begins. Where applicable, work starts after the proforma invoice is paid, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a client cancels or stops a project after work has started:
Time spent on consultation, setup, and preparation is considered billable work.
For fixed-price services:
Requests outside the defined package are treated as extra work.
FSB Web Solutions mainly provides custom digital services to business clients. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders are considered business-to-business service agreements.
Because each project involves reserved time, planning, design, development, and custom digital work, payments are non-refundable once work has started.
The deposit confirms the project booking and covers preparation, communication, setup, design, development, and reserved working time. If the client cancels the project, changes their mind, delays the project, or does not provide the required materials, all work already completed remains payable.
No refunds are provided for completed or partially completed work, delivered concepts, website drafts, technical setup, domain or hosting costs, or third-party services purchased for the project.
Recurring services may include:
Recurring services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of the related service. Third-party costs are non-refundable once purchased. Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle.
Projects may involve third-party providers such as hosting companies, registrars, platforms, or plugins. FSB Web Solutions is not responsible for:

A project is considered delivered when it is published online, or files or access credentials are provided to the client. The client has 5 business days to report issues related to agreed scope. After that period, the work is considered accepted.
After full payment:
All unpaid work remains the property of FSB Web Solutions.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. No liability is accepted for:
Continuous availability of websites, hosting, or platforms cannot be guaranteed. Reasonable effort is made to maintain continuity.
Services may be suspended or terminated if terms are breached, payments are overdue, or cooperation becomes impossible. All work performed up to termination remains payable.
These Terms are governed by applicable Bulgarian and EU law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in the client's country of residence provide otherwise.
These Terms of Service may be updated when necessary. The latest version applies to new orders and is published with the revision date.
